The only image Soham holds of his uncle JJ is seeing him on the same hospital bed where he once treated others. Reconstructing JJ’s life reveals him to be a doctor, writer, and caregiver who worked with Mother Teresa and later founded a children’s charity. What begins as a personal search becomes a meditation on pain, memory, and the politics of care.
